Learning the piano requires discipline, perseverance, and patience.  In light of this, Celesta’s professional piano training is progressive, customized to the age and ability of each student.  This training uses the ABRSM (The Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music) curriculum, as well as the Playing Technique (Fingering), encompassing :

Evaluation is based on the local Celesta Music Training Center test, as well as the International (ABRSM) Grading Scale (1-8).

Celesta provides a variety of styles of training for the keyboard, including, but not limited to :  Jazz Keyboard, Latin Keyboard, Classical Piano, and more.  The keyboard training program aims to be very flexible in order to meet the diverse needs of their students.  The keyboard and piano in particular, because of their wide harmonic range, are the perfect instruments for beginners to get a basic, foundational understanding of music.  Celesta students are permitted to begin formal keyboard training without any prior knowledge or training in piano.  This dynamic training progam is supported by an array of talented and competent instructors.

Many, many people want to learn guitar in Indonesia, especially because rise of  popular bands that rely heavily on the guitar in their music and performances.  Celesta Music Training Center provides quality guitar and bass training from dedicated and experienced trainers who work hard in order to develop students into skilled musicians.  This training includes a highly variative lesson plan that aims to give students an appreciation for many different types of music.  Celesta desires to create a community of guitarists and bassists who can play an important role in developing reliable musicians for the future.  Celesta’s guitar program is very diverse, offering private, semi-private, group/collective, semi-intensive, intensive, and many more training options.  In additon to this, the classtime duration and program length are also very flexible in order to meet students’ needs.  This type of program flexibility is not commonly found within other music schools and serves as a strong advantage in favor of Celesta Music Training Center.

Celesta’s bass guitar training program endeavors to produce reliable and talented bassists that are able to take part in the Indonesian music scene.  Participants in this program are free to choose their own schedule, program, and even instructor.  Celesta’s talented bass instructors train and encourage students in their abilities, with the goal of setting up routine special performances at Celesta events, schools, and other outside locations.  Aside from serving as an accompanying instrument in the Rhythm Section of a band, the bass can also be used to perform melodies/solos, as well as for playing improvisationally.  In this unique program, Celesta provides students with training and guidance in the folowing areas :

1. Reading ( From the Whole Note until the Sixteenth Note, including the Rest)
2. Groove (Pop/Rock, Blues, Funk, Jazz, and Latin)
3. Scale (Major, Minor, Pentatonic Major and Minor, Melodic Minor, Harmonic Minor, Exotic Scale, Modes and Symmetrical Scales)
4. Arpeggio (Major, Minor, Dominant, Diminished, and 7^th Arpeggio) – Chord (Triad and 7^th Chord)

Celesta’s Bass Training Program supports the following classes :
General Class from Grade 1 until Grade 3

Celesta’s training program for the drums offers a variety of professional classes, including, but not limited to :  General, Style, Hobby, and Children’s Classes.  Students are also free to choose the difficulty level of their learning program, from a basic introductory level to an advanced learning level.  This exclusive training program is supported by quality graduate drummers from both within and outside of Indonesia, who serve as instructors.  The goal of this program is to turn every student into a skilled drummer.  The program curriculum is designed to be both progressive and on target to better develop the musical abilities of every student.

Celesta’s training program for the drums also organizes various workshops, clinics, and drum performances at their facilities, as well as at malls and other strategic locations.  These important opportunities enable students to receive valuable experience performing in public, helping to build up their self confidence, as well as improve their skills as musicians.
